Orders and delivery

Where do you deliver?
Every governorate in Egypt. We do not ship internationally.

How long does it take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery is 2–3 business days in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and 3–5 business days in the Delta and Upper Egypt. Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays.

How much is shipping?
150 EGP on orders under 5,000 EGP, and 200 EGP on orders of 5,000 EGP and above. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes.

Inspection before payment

Can I open the package before I pay?
For bands and straps, yes — open and inspect them with the courier, and refuse the order if it is not what you expected.

Why can't I open a device before paying?
Devices, chargers, power packs and adapters are delivered sealed in their original factory packaging. That seal is what guarantees you are receiving a brand new, untouched item rather than one that has been opened and handled by someone else. Sealed items are still fully covered by our warranty, including defects you find after opening the box.

Warranty

How long is the warranty?
3 months on WHOOP devices and the Armfit Deep Zero. 1 month on all other devices, all bands, and all chargers. 2 weeks on the CarPlay adapter. The period for each item is written on its product page.

What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects only. It does not cover misuse, breakage, scratches, or damage from not following the care instructions.

Returns

Can I return something?
Within 14 days of delivery, in the case of a manufacturing defect, with the original packaging and accessories intact. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

Products

Will a band fit my device?
Every band lists the devices it fits in its description. Note that WHOOP 4.0 bands do not fit the WHOOP 5.0 or MG.

Does a band come with the device?
No. Bands are sold on their own — the device is not included.
