1. Agreement

By accessing or using pivo-eg.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, images and specifications accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are genuine replacement accessories or devices as described on each product page.

PIVO is an independent retailer. We are not an authorised dealer, agent, or representative of WHOOP, Garmin, Google, Fitbit, Amazfit, or Armfit, and we are not affiliated with them. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify device compatibility.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and to limit or refuse any order. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We accept Cash on Delivery and the payment methods shown at checkout. We may cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, an invalid address, repeated failed deliveries, or unavailable stock.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or an incorrect address are outside our control.

7. Warranty and Returns

Warranty coverage, inspection rules, and returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to gain unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or copy our content, images or product descriptions without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
