Find Your Device
Nine devices, five brands, and prices from 3,500 to 20,999 EGP. Answer four questions and we'll narrow it to the one that fits you.
1. What's your budget?
Under 5,000 EGP
You have one option, and it's a genuinely good one: the Armfit Deep Zero at 3,500 EGP. Continuous heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep tracking, a week of battery, and no subscription ever. It won't match WHOOP's sensor depth, but nothing at this price does. Skip to question 4.
5,000 – 10,000 EGP
Two contenders: Google Fitbit Air (7,499) and Amazfit Helio Strap (8,499). Keep going to question 2.
10,000 – 15,000 EGP
Three contenders: WHOOP 5.0 One (11,999), WHOOP 5.0 Peak (13,999) and Garmin Cirqa (13,999). Keep going to question 2.
Above 15,000 EGP
The WHOOP MG Life at 20,999 EGP is the most capable wearable we sell — the only one with ECG heart screening and blood pressure insights. Skip to question 4.
2. Are you willing to pay a yearly membership?
No — I want to buy it once and be done
That rules out WHOOP entirely; its membership renews every year. Your options become Amazfit Helio Strap, Google Fitbit Air, Garmin Cirqa, and Armfit Deep Zero — all with free core tracking, permanently.
Yes — if the data is worth it
WHOOP stays on the table. Every WHOOP includes 12 months of membership, and you renew directly through the app afterwards. In exchange you get the deepest recovery and strain analysis available in a wearable.
3. What are you actually tracking?
Hard training — I need to know when to push and when to rest
WHOOP 5.0 Peak is the pick. Strain, Recovery and Sleep scores, plus Healthspan and a live Stress Monitor. If the membership is a dealbreaker, Amazfit Helio Strap gives you BioCharge and 27 sports modes with no fee at all.
General health — sleep, heart rate, staying on top of things
Google Fitbit Air is the easiest to live with: readiness scores, AFib detection, a 5-minute charge for a full day, and no subscription. Garmin Cirqa is the alternative if you already use Garmin Connect.
Heart health specifically — blood pressure, irregular rhythm
WHOOP MG Life is the only one built for this. It carries a metal sensor ring the standard 5.0 doesn't have, which enables on-demand ECG, irregular rhythm notifications and Blood Pressure Insights. Not a substitute for medical diagnosis — if a reading concerns you, see a doctor.
4. Wrist or upper arm?
Wrist
Every device we sell works on the wrist. Browse bands by material and colour in Whoop Bands, Amazfit Bands or Fitbit Bands.
Upper arm — the wrist gets in the way when I lift
Smart choice: the upper arm moves less during heavy lifting, so the sensor reads more accurately. WHOOP, Amazfit Helio and Armfit all support it. You'll want a bicep band to go with it.
